HRA implementation for CBRE20. 02. 2012
The implementation of a new attendance system for CBRE has improved a structure of HR processes and made employees’ life easier.
The new system HRA (Human Resource Application) was implemented in CBRE to support the HR department and all employees.
The original solution consisted of paper application forms or Excel files. This process was not effective because of disparate technologies within the company, consolidation and evolution of information from attendance, instability and complexity of changes in individual applications.
The system improves the attendance management, requests for vacations and business trips. It was developed as a web application that allows users to check vacations; it also provides an overview of business trips and free days.
Other additions are links to favourite restaurants, flight schedules and list of hotels. The application also automatically generates e-mails with an overview for managers and employees.
The system has brought a transparency to processes, controls and considerable time savings.
